Stay in wellness facilities must be booked in advance for a specific time. For reserved relaxation should arrive in advance so that we can pass the wellness package (towels and sheets). Additionally, you receive a relaxing drink of your choice, or choose additional services according to the current offer.
At the designated spot to take off clothes and shoes. Throughout the area, the visitor moves barefoot or uses its own appropriate footwear. Before entering the sauna, it is necessary to have a shower (wash with soap, gentle moisturizing liquid soap available for free). Throughout the cycle, the sauna naked visitor hygienic and physiological reasons. To cover my body, it is possible to use a towel or blanket. Towels and sheets are only from natural materials, which unlike swimwear act on the body beneficial effects.
Sauna
Before entering the sauna cabin is dry. During the sauna, use a towel or sheet so that the body does not touch directly benches. Sauna cabin is equipped with an hourglass, hygrometer and thermometer. The recommended length of stay in the sauna cabin is for adults 5-15 minutes, for children 3-8 minutes. Length of stay, choose according to your individual habits. At any sign of discomfort or nausea immediately leave the sauna cabin.
Location in the sauna
In the sauna you can take up a position in a sitting or lying. For fine sauna is recommended to lie on the bottom bench for intensive warming it is better to use a bench top. In the prone position, the body heats more evenly than in a sitting position.
Cooling
Timeout specifies the maximum cooling. 2 minutes while cooling with water, and it is recommended at least 10 minutes subsequent relaxation bed.
Length sauna
The length of stay in the sauna cabin, and the number of repetitions depends on the type of sauna ritual (see recommendations below). In general, however, we stay in the sauna cabin repeat 2x optimally, that after the first stay in the sauna cabin, followed by cooling + 10 minutes relaxation after the second (last) stay in the cabin cooling is recommended at least 20-minutes relaxation. The relaxation is determined by the cold relaxarium with bed and fireplace, where you can relax in silence or soft relaxing music. There is a double room for 2 people.
Possible difficulties sauna and cooling
If you feel nausea, headaches, heart palpitations, feelings of overheating and any other discomfort, immediately leave the sauna cabin. If you feel shaking during cooling of the body or have bluish lips, it is a signal for an immediate cessation of the cooling process.
